This one goes out to BowlingBallOut who posted a question about a sticky throttle on his Saturn. It was a great question so I decided to make this video in response to it. There are many different configurations of throttle assemblies but for the most part if you have a throttle that is sticking you might be able to fix it using the procedures in this video. I am aware you may not able to purchase spray throttle cleaner in some states now but I’m sure they have some alternative available at your local parts store.

This video is a response to the Honda Main Relay video that I did. I’ve had a couple of people come to me with questions about no start conditions and how they should go about fixing them. This video is a starting point to a series that I plan to cover on this subject. The point I make in the video over and over is, don’t make assumptions. Assumptions get expensive and can frustrate you to the point of homicide, follow these simple tips and it will lead you down the path of success.

Pretty straight forward I think. This one went very smoothly and I was pleased with the outcome. I think this video accurately describes the best way to jump start a dead battery. I want to thank Jennifer Sharon for submitting this question via e-mail at EricTheCarGuy.com, I thought it was an excellent topic to cover. I do wish to hold some kind of contest for the best car question submitted but I need to work out the details (I’m also hoping to gain more subs from it so I think I want to make that part of the contest). In the mean time if you have a question you would like answered please feel free to submit it at any time as a response to this video or visit the EricTheCarGuy forum, or EricTheCarGuy.com for a direct conduit to me.

This one goes out to BigLoveZone who posed this question to me while I was editing the video. I hope this is helpful to those that watch. I tried to collect as much accurate information as I could for you but if you have any other questions you can post them to this video or visit the EricTheCarGuy fourm under “Car Questions” and I will take it from there.
After making this video I discovered a way to use the hook and lug wrench to jack the car up much faster. I will make an amendment video in the future.
